1. Website Usage Terms

By browsing, registering on, or accessing the website of Saathiya Ethnic, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws of India.

• Intellectual Property: All garment photographs, pose galleries, embroidery motifs, brand trademarks, logos, and written content are the exclusive property of Saathiya Ethnic and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
• Prohibited Use: You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, mirror, or commercially exploit any designs, imagery, or content without prior written permission.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

2. Handcrafted Product Terms

Each Saathiya Ethnic ensemble is handcrafted using traditional Indian weaving and artisanal embroidery techniques, including Zardozi, Resham, Dabka, and Cutdana work.

• Artisanal Variations: Subtle variations in fabric texture, yarn slubs, and hand-embroidered detailing are natural characteristics of authentic handcraftsmanship and are not considered defects.
• Color Accuracy: We photograph garments in professional studio environments to represent true colors as accurately as possible. Slight variances may occur across different device screens and display settings.
• Care Guidelines: All outfits require specialized dry-cleaning only. Instructions provided on garment labels must be strictly adhered to.

3. Rental Service Terms

All couture rentals are subject to our formal Rental Terms & Conditions:

• Rental Period: The standard rental duration is 4 consecutive days, commencing on the confirmed delivery date and concluding with courier collection on Day 4.
• Security Deposit: A 100% refundable security deposit is collected at the time of booking and refunded within 24 to 48 hours following successful return quality verification.
• Alterations: Basic size adjustments are executed by our in-house master tailors prior to dispatch. Clients must not perform permanent cuts or third-party scissor modifications.
• Cancellations: Governed by our tiered deduction schedule published in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Sale & Purchase Terms

Outfits purchased from our Sale collections are brand-new, unworn couture garments:

• Standard fitting alteration is included with every sale purchase prior to dispatch.
• Sizing exchanges are permitted within 7 days of delivery, provided the garment is in original unworn condition with all designer security tags intact.
• Custom-tailored or personalized bespoke orders cannot be returned once alteration work has commenced.

5. Payment Terms

All bookings and sales require 100% advance payment via verified Indian digital payment rails:

• Accepted Channels: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and approved EMI partners.
• No Cash on Delivery: COD is not supported for any couture rental or purchase orders due to the high-value nature of handcrafted garments.
• Taxes: In accordance with statutory Indian tax regulations, rental apparel incurs 6% GST (excluded from the base rental price and billed at checkout), and purchase/sale apparel includes 18% GST in the retail price. Formal tax invoices are issued upon order completion.

6. Customer Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate body measurements, shipping address, and active contact numbers during checkout.
• Handle rented couture with appropriate care, avoiding direct contact with heavy perfumes, open flames, or sharp objects that could damage delicate hand embroidery.
• Ensure rented garments are repackaged in the provided garment bag and made ready for pickup on the scheduled return date.
• Notify customer support immediately in case of any delivery transit discrepancy or fitting concern.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to website usage, rental services, or product purchases shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
