• Identity Verification for Rentals: A copy of valid government-issued photo identification (such as an Aadhaar card, Passport, or Driving License) required to authenticate high-value couture rental reservations.

2. How We Use Customer Data

Your personal information is used exclusively for operational and service delivery purposes:

• Processing rental bookings, sales orders, and issuing statutory GST tax invoices.
• Enabling our in-house master tailors to execute custom fitting adjustments before dispatch.
• Transmitting automated dispatch alerts, delivery timeframes, and courier return pickup reminders.
• Processing prompt security deposit refunds to your registered bank account or UPI ID.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with third-party marketing companies or data brokers under any circumstances.
